In May we installed a new wildlife board outside our office. We wanted our guests and visitors to let us know what they’d seen on site and in the surrounding area. We’ve had a fantastic response and look forward each month to sharing the results on Facebook. Reports of feathered and furry friends, fungi, fangs, flora and fauna have really delighted us.
We work hard at Churchwood not only to conserve the natural environment but to encourage new and diverse wildlife. Spending time here we often witness some amazing sights and it’s great to know that our guests are also seeing the likes of osprey, dolphins, deer, woodpeckers, owls and snakes and much else besides. Whether sightings of Big Foot and the rarely seen Lesser Stansell are to be believed, only time will tell! Please do grab a pen outside the office when you’re next passing and make a note of your sightings.
