Churchwood Valley
Churchwood Valley is an independent, multi award winning, family run holiday park with a focus on ethical, sustainable and conservational practices. The park is situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and only a 5-minute walk from the safe family beach and Marine Conservation Area of Wembury Bay. We are a peaceful, non-commercialised holiday park that offers wildlife not nightlife; we have no bars clubs or swimming pools, only a shop, a laundrette and an information centre.
Our self-catering log cabins range from simple to luxurious, and each have their own patio or deck, from which you can enjoy the wildlife and watch the world go by. If you’re looking for kids activities, within a short walk of the park you will find Wembury Bay Riding Stables, Wembury Marine Centre and our very own Churchwood Forest School, and a little further afield, there are plenty of opportunities to keep everyone amused.
Our location, Wembury, is on the South Devon coast and is nationally renowned for its wonderful biodiversity, particularly within the fascinating rockpools which teem with life (as seen in BBC Countryfile). All in all, we offer a little haven of peace and tranquillity, and an opportunity to truly relax in the company of nature.
