Churchwood Valley is a secluded, natural paradise, located within one of England’s most beautiful and unspoilt areas. Spanning 75 acres of woodland, pasture and coast, our park borders farmland, National Trust land and the village of Wembury. There’s so much to do from our doorstep, including walking a stretch of the South West Coast Path, horse riding, tennis, exploring Wembury Bay and spotting wildlife on one of the many woodland walks through the park.
If you fancy venturing further afield, the bustling waterfront city of Plymouth is a 20-minute drive away, and we’re perfectly located for exploring the diverse landscapes of Devon and beyond.

We are lucky to have a mobile Sauna and Cold Plunge onsite so you can take a moment to reconnect with nature. Tucked among the trees and overlooking the stream towards Wembury Bay the sauna’s heat offers a peaceful retreat after a day outdoors. Step outside to the cold plunge pool, where fresh water provides an invigorating contrast — a nod to wild swimming.
